Product Description
HPL Waterproof Toilet Partition Durable Eco-Friendly Kindergarten School Bathroom Partition
Our toilet partition is made of high-quality High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), a superior material produced by fusing multiple layers of kraft paper soaked in phenolic resin under extreme high pressure and temperature (1000+ psi, 150°C+). This advanced manufacturing process creates a solid, non-porous sheet that delivers exceptional performance, making it the ideal choice for campus bathrooms where moisture, frequent use, and hygiene are top priorities.
The HPL material boasts 100% waterproof performance, with a water absorption rate as low as 0.01% - 0.1%. Even after 24 hours of submersion, it remains free from swelling, bending, softening, or color changes, effectively preventing mold, mildew, and rot that are common in humid bathroom environments. Unlike MDF or plywood partitions that degrade quickly in wet conditions, our HPL partition maintains its structural integrity for years, eliminating the need for frequent replacements and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Kindergartens and schools have high-traffic bathrooms, where partitions are prone to scratches, impacts, and even minor vandalism. Our HPL toilet partition is engineered to withstand these challenges, featuring excellent impact resistance (meeting ASTM D 2794 standards) and scratch resistance (complying with ASTM D 2197 standards). The dense molecular structure of HPL ensures it is resistant to dents, graffiti, and damage from daily use, such as children leaning on or bumping into the panels.
With a service life of 10-15 years, the partition maintains its appearance and performance even in high-frequency use scenarios, making it a cost-effective investment for campuses. Additionally, the surface is resistant to strong cleaning chemicals, allowing staff to easily sanitize the partitions without causing damage or discoloration—critical for maintaining a hygienic environment for children.
